• Free return shipping within the U.S.A
• International customers will receive the original shipping cost refunded with the cost of the items.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of the purchase date
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: undergarments & hosiery, earrings. 
• Contact support@loveadora.com for a FREE UPS prepaid label, (U.S. customers only) we will email you with the label attached.
